Payments
Invoices are due by the date shown. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled with notice.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the website content and custom work we deliver for you. Third-party tools remain subject to their own licenses.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and content you have the right to use.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
